The Operations and Automation Analyst, EDO role is an entryβlevel position focused on supporting operational reporting, process improvement automation, and the implementation and ongoing support of a professional services automation (PSA) platform. Reporting directly to the Director of Excellence and Operations, the analyst will interact with crossβfunctional teams, project stakeholders, and senior leadership. This role provides a platform to develop experience across operational analytics, process automation, AIβenabled workflows, and PSA platform implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document current state processes and identify manual or repetitive tasks.
2. Translate requirements into improved processes or technology solutions.
3. Build, test, deploy, and maintain workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
4. Troubleshoot and maintain existing workflows and automations.
5. Perform testing and validation of new processes before deployment.
6. Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and operational procedures.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional projects as assigned.
8. Develop and maintain recurring operational reports and dashboards.
9. Validate report data for completeness and accuracy.
10. Assist in automating recurring reports and transition reporting processes to standardized solutions.
11. Support PSA platform implementation, including system administration, data structure understanding, and report generation.
12. Provide training and guidance to team members on operational processes and tools.
13. Predict resource needs and manage resources efficiently during implementation.
Tech Stack: Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Copilot (or other AI platforms), Monday.com PSA platform.
Growth Path: Starting as an analyst, you can progress to Senior Analyst, Process Improvement Lead, Automation Engineer, or Product Operations Manager, with opportunities to lead crossβfunctional projects and influence product strategy.
