About the Role
We are looking for passionate and high-potential Junior Software Engineers to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software development and possess strong fundamentals in programming, problem-solving, and system design. Candidates with experience in Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, AI/GenAI technologies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in application development across web, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, product teams, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and application issues.
- Contribute to software design discussions and code reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and development frameworks.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following technology areas: Programming Languages & Frameworks Java (Spring Boot preferred) Python .NET / C# Node.js AI & Emerging Technologies Generative AI / AI application development LLM integrations and AI-powered solutions (preferred) Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts Cloud & Development Tools Azure / AWS / GCP fundamentals REST APIs and Microservices Git, CI/CD concepts SQL and NoSQL databases Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- Graduated from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes with a strong academic record.
- Desired Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Passion for software engineering and innovation.
- Preferred Experience Experience working on software products or enterprise applications.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI projects, chatbots, automation, or cloud-native development.
- Internship or project experience in modern technology stacks will be an added advantage.
