As a Software Developer, you will be part of a dynamic development team that primarily works on C++ based applications. The role is designed for recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related streams who are eager to translate academic knowledge into productionβgrade code. You will get handsβon exposure to the full software development lifecycleβfrom requirement gathering and design to coding, testing, and deploymentβwhile collaborating with senior engineers and product managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, test, and maintain robust C++ applications.
2. Write clean, optimized, and wellβdocumented code adhering to coding standards.
3. Create and manage database schemas; write efficient SQL queries for SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
6. Develop frontβend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP where required.
7. Follow Agile methodologies, attend sprint planning, standβups, and retrospectives.
8. Utilize sourceβcontrol tools (Git) for versioning and collaborative development.
9. Conduct unit testing and assist in integration and system testing phases.
10. Document technical specifications and user guides for delivered features.
