Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare technology solutions. This role involves complex problem-solving, system design, and collaboration in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications
- Build microservices-based architecture using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications Β’ Participate in system design and architectural discussions Β’ Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications Β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and QA Β’ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code quality Β’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Β’ Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Required Qualifications
Β’ Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field Β’ 58 years of software development experience Β’ Strong experience in Java Β’ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Β’ Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms Β’ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases Β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Β’ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus Β’ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
Β’ Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) Β’ Exposure to healthcare domain or HIPAA compliance
