With a presence in over 70 countries, it helps enterprises harness data and digital media to engage customers across channels. The company’s portfolio spans data management, digital media, messaging, loyalty and customer experience solutions, positioning it as a trusted advisor for brands looking to drive measurable growth.
The Associate Client Support Engineer role is an entry‑level, hybrid position based in Bengaluru. It sits at the intersection of operations and client service, supporting the day‑to‑day functioning of marketing technology platforms. The role is designed for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are comfortable with SQL, production monitoring and incident management. The successful candidate will work closely with a Client Operations Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑volume, real‑time marketing solutions run smoothly and meet SLA commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing daily production operations for assigned client solutions.
2. Monitoring scheduled and ad‑hoc file processing and campaign delivery workflows.
3. Investigating anomalies, troubleshooting failures and coordinating corrective actions.
4. Creating and tracking incident tickets in ServiceNow, following runbooks and SOPs.
5. Communicating status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
6. Documenting operational procedures, escalation paths and root‑cause findings.
7. Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
8. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across people, processes and technology.
9. Maintaining data validation checks using SQL and ETL knowledge.
10. Staying updated on marketing technology trends and Epsilon’s product offerings.
Tech stack and tools: SQL, ETL, ServiceNow, ThousandEyes, OpsRamp, ELK stack, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and general UNIX/Linux fundamentals.
Growth path: The role offers a clear trajectory from Associate Client Support Engineer to Senior Support Engineer, then to Lead Operations Analyst and eventually to Managerial positions such as Client Operations Manager or Director of Production Operations. Exposure to diverse marketing technology platforms and hands‑on incident resolution equips candidates for broader product and strategy roles.
Why join? Epsilon’s culture emphasizes collaboration, learning and impact. Employees enjoy mentorship from seasoned professionals, access to cutting‑edge tools, and opportunities to influence client outcomes directly. The hybrid work model balances flexibility with team cohesion, while the company’s global footprint offers chances to work on international projects and cross‑regional initiatives. With a strong focus on career development, Epsilon rewards initiative, innovation and a passion for delivering reliable, high‑quality service.
