
Eligibility Criteria
Finalโyear B.Tech/B.E. students (2027 batch) from AICTEโapproved colleges in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil, or Instrumentation streams. Minimum aggregate of 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, and engineering (up to the latest semester). No active backlogs and no history of academic detention. Candidates must be Indian nationals and must be able to join fullโtime after graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior engineers in the design, simulation, and optimization of process equipment and plant layouts.
2. Participate in onโsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance improvement activities.
3. Conduct data analysis using tools like MATLAB, Python, or Excel to support process efficiency studies.
4. Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and safety reports.
5. Collaborate with crossโfunctional teams (procurement, QA/QC, HSE) to ensure project milestones are met.
6. Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 initiatives, including IoT sensor deployment and data analytics.
7. Contribute to sustainability projects focusing on emission reduction, waste minimization, and energy conservation.
8. Attend training modules on advanced process control, project management, and leadership skills.
9. Participate in regular review meetings and present findings to senior management.
10. Uphold RILโs safety culture by adhering to all HSE guidelines and protocols.
Technical Stack & Tools: Process simulation (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II), CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), programming (Python, MATLAB), PLC/SCADA basics, data analytics platforms, and familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.
Growth Path: Successful GETs can transition into roles such as Process Engineer, Project Engineer, or Technical Specialist within 2โ3 years.
