Node JS Fullstack - Lead
Iris Software
About the role
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and operate end-to-end features across our Angular front end and Node.js back end, deployed on AWS. You'll own your work from architecture through production, including the CI/CD pipelines that ship it, and work closely with product and design to turn requirements into reliable, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities

- Deploy and manage workloads on AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch), optimizing for cost, scalability, and reliability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to automate testing, builds, and deployments
- Own code quality through testing (unit, integration, e2e), code reviews, and monitoring/observability in production
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to scope, estimate, and deliver features
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, and contribute to technical standards and architecture decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, participating in on-call rotations as needed
