5. Developing and maintaining monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms.
6. Working on VoIP and call control processing for real‑time communication services.
7. Delivering end‑to‑end application features from backend to UI.
8. Taking ownership of production services from design through post‑deployment support.
9. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
10. Applying security best practices and change‑management processes.
Tech stack: Java (Spring), Python, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform, Helm, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, VoIP protocols, AI/ML frameworks.
Growth path: Starting as a Cloud Engineer, you can progress to Senior Cloud Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Cloud Architect, with opportunities to specialize in AI, observability, or security.
Why join Cisco? The company offers competitive compensation, a culture of continuous learning, global exposure, and a mission to shape the future of technology. Employees enjoy flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and a collaborative environment that values innovation and impact.
