The Associate – Operations role sits at the heart of this ambitious venture. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the associate will own end‑to‑end seller‑side processes, ensuring that inventory handling, order picking and dispatch are executed flawlessly. The role blends analytical thinking with hands‑on leadership – you will design process improvements, monitor key performance indicators, and coach seller‑personnel to achieve higher productivity and compliance.

Collaboration with the central Control Tower and Process Excellence teams will be essential to drive operational excellence across multiple fulfilment centres.

Key responsibilities include

• Oversee daily seller‑side operations to guarantee timely and accurate pickups, meeting targeted service levels.
• Design, implement and continuously optimise material‑handling and purchase‑order fulfilment workflows.
• Enforce strict quality and compliance standards across all processing centres.
• Drive initiatives that improve delivery timelines and increase successful delivery rates.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement efficiency‑boosting measures.
• Develop and roll out structured training programmes for seller personnel, tracking performance through defined KPIs.
• Monitor workforce productivity, conduct regular performance reviews and suggest engagement strategies.
• Liaise with the Control Tower to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth cross‑functional coordination.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational dashboards for senior leadership.
• Participate in pilot projects for new technology roll‑outs, such as warehouse automation tools.

The tech stack for this role primarily involves advanced Excel for data analysis, SQL basics for querying operational databases, and familiarity with ERP/warehouse management systems. Knowledge of data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. The growth path can lead to Operations Manager, Process Excellence Lead, or even Product Management roles within Meesho’s broader ecosystem.
