Answer inbound calls from external customers (merchants, resellers, ISOโ€™s) and resolve queries related to transactions, funding, processing, billing, and limits. 2. Perform transaction research, ACH fee investigations, and checkโ€‘verify requests. 3. Provide basic technical support โ€“ password resets, browser compatibility, software troubleshooting, and settlement reโ€‘pop. 4. Distribute departmentโ€‘specific requests to the appropriate internal teams and act as a liaison between customers and operations. 5. Create and manage trouble tickets, ensuring timely escalation and followโ€‘up. 6. Assist customers with PCIโ€‘compliance guidance and documentation. 7. Draft and send approval letters, email responses, and other customer communications. 8. Participate in product and service training to build a midโ€‘level understanding within the first 6โ€‘12 months. 9. Meet performance and quality metrics set by supervisors within the first 90 days. 10. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements based on customer feedback. **Tech Stack & Tools**: CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), ticketing systems (ServiceNow or internal tools), Microsoft Office Suite, basic networking concepts, Windows OS, and familiarity with payment processing terminology. **Growth Path**: Successful analysts can progress to Senior Analyst, Team Lead, or specialize into Product Management, Operations Management, or Technical Support Engineering roles within CSGโ€™s expansive global network. **Why Join CSG?** CSG offers a hybrid/remote work model, comprehensive health benefits, paid vacation, and a culture that values diversity and employee wellโ€‘being. What is the bias-variance tradeoff and how do you prevent overfitting? Answer โ–ผ
Model Answer: High bias leads to underfitting (oversimplified model), high variance leads to overfitting (captures noise). Mitigate using L1/L2 Regularization, Dropout, Cross-Validation, and data augmentation.
Explain the difference between Precision, Recall, and F1-Score. Answer โ–ผ
Model Answer: Precision = TP / (TP + FP) (correctness of positive predictions). Recall = TP / (TP + FN) (coverage of actual positives). F1-Score is the harmonic mean of Precision and Recall.
How does Gradient Descent work and what is the role of Learning Rate? Answer โ–ผ
Model Answer: It optimizes loss functions by iteratively moving weights in the direction of negative gradient. A large learning rate may overshoot the minimum; a small rate causes slow convergence.
What is the difference between Supervised, Unsupervised, and Self-Supervised learning? Answer โ–ผ
Model Answer: Supervised uses labeled data (X -> y). Unsupervised finds hidden patterns in unlabeled data (clustering/PCA). Self-supervised generates labels from input data (e.g. masked language modeling in BERT/Transformers).
