The Business Solution Analyst role sits within the Global Employer Services Technology Center (GESTC) – specifically in the Logic & Information Team (LIT). This entry‑level position sits at the intersection of technology and legislation, supporting Deloitte’s suite of tax and compliance applications used by clients in more than 150 countries. As a Business Solution Analyst you will receive structured training on Deloitte’s proprietary tools and next‑generation AI‑enabled platforms, while gaining exposure to real‑world tax legislation and its translation into technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include

• Perform manual testing of Deloitte applications and complex Excel models to ensure functional accuracy.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for existing applications, handling incident tickets and minor enhancements.
• Research legislative updates across multiple jurisdictions using online databases, government portals and internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to resolve and communicate changes in tax rules and application behavior.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate research, documentation and problem‑solving.
• Document test cases, results and knowledge‑base articles in a clear, concise manner.
• Assist in data extraction and validation using basic SQL queries.
• Participate in code reviews or simple scripting tasks using C#, JScript or related languages.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of updates.

Tech stack: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, basic SQL, C#, JScript, AI‑assisted research tools, Deloitte’s proprietary tax compliance platforms.
