About the role
HighLevel is an AIβpowered business operating system that enables agencies, entrepreneurs and SMBs to automate, scale and grow. - Organising email folders/labels for easy retrieval of payroll correspondence.
- Drafting routine acknowledgements and status updates for manager review.
- Logging, tracking and updating payroll tickets, ensuring accurate status visibility.
- Following up on open items with internal stakeholders to meet SLA timelines.

- Supporting data entry, cleanβup and validation of payrollβrelated datasets.
- Creating and maintaining quickβreference guides, FAQs and process documentation.
- Exploring AIβpowered tools to automate drafting, summarising and organising information.

The technical stack primarily involves Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira or internal tools), email clients and emerging AI assistants such as ChatGPT. By the end of the programme, the apprentice will have a solid understanding of payroll cycles, reporting, ticket management and AIβdriven process improvements, positioning them for roles like Payroll Executive, HRIS Analyst or Finance Operations Specialist. Joining HighLevel offers exposure to a global remoteβfirst environment, mentorship from seasoned finance professionals, and a clear pathway to build a career in payroll and finance operations.
