**Role Summary**
The Associate Demand Management role sits at the intersection of analytics, finance and business operations. The incumbent will monitor key performance indicators, work closely with the analytics and finance teams, and help shape pricing and discount strategies for top brands. By analysing revenue trends, inventory health and marketing effectiveness, the associate will provide actionable insights that drive profitability and customer loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Monitor and report on metrics such as revenue per unit, gross margin, conversion rate, AOV and customer acquisition cost.
2. Collaborate with the analytics team to evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns and suggest optimisation tactics.
3. Liaise with finance to ensure accurate P&L reporting for the assigned portfolio.
4. Reconcile discount allocations with brand partners and validate saleβday funding.
5. Track competitor pricing and discounting on other portals to maintain parity and prevent churn.
6. Analyse inventory trends, stock cover and the effect of promotional initiatives on sales.
7. Influence crossβfunctional stakeholders to meet project timelines and business goals.
8. Design and implement reporting processes for operational efficiency.
9. Conduct sales forecasting and trend analysis to support strategic planning.
10. Develop innovative analytical models that inform new pricing dimensions.
**Tech Stack & Tools**
SQL, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), Tableau/PowerBI for visualisation, basic Python/R for data manipulation, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
