In India, KPMG has built a strong reputation for delivering high‑impact solutions to Fortune‑500 clients, government bodies and emerging startups. The firm’s culture blends rigorous analytical standards with a collaborative, people‑first approach, encouraging fresh talent to grow quickly through exposure to real‑world business challenges. As part of its Learning & Development (L&D) practice, KPMG continuously invests in up‑skilling its workforce and clients, making the Analyst role a critical bridge between learning content and business value.
The Analyst position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in professional services. The role focuses on operational administration of KPMG’s Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs, ensuring that learning requests are processed efficiently and that credit allocation complies with NASBA and internal guidelines. You will interact with internal teams, external participants, and on‑shore leadership, gaining visibility into the firm’s knowledge‑management ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Daily assignment and management of Learning Requests submitted through the portal.
2. Reviewing course submissions for compliance with NASBA and KPMG CPE credit guidelines.
3. Determining and administering CPE credits in KPMG’s Learning Management System (LMS) for participants and instructors.
4. Creating and distributing certificates of attendance to KPMG clients when required.
5. Communicating with learners (both internal and external) throughout the learning lifecycle.
6. Coordinating with on‑shore team members and leadership to resolve queries and streamline processes.
7. Maintaining accurate records of credit allocations and participant data.
8. Assisting in the preparation of periodic compliance reports for internal audit.
9. Supporting the continuous improvement of LMS workflows and documentation.
10. Providing ad‑hoc support for special training initiatives and events.
Tech stack: The role primarily uses KPMG’s proprietary LMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and basic data‑management tools. Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting can be advantageous for reporting tasks.
Growth path: Analysts can progress to Senior Analyst, Associate, and eventually Manager within the Learning & Development or Advisory streams, benefitting from KPMG’s structured mentorship, rotational opportunities, and global exposure.
Why join KPMG? You will start your career at a globally recognised firm that values continuous learning, offers clear promotion pathways, and provides a supportive environment where fresh ideas are welcomed. The exposure to high‑profile clients and cross‑functional projects equips you with skills that are highly transferable across industries.
