The role of HR Service Delivery Associate is designed for fresh graduates or earlyβcareer professionals who are eager to dive into the world of payroll and employee services. As a member of the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that employee compensation is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with global standards. You will work closely with payroll specialists, benefits administrators, and regional HR partners to support a seamless employee experience across the United States, United Kingdom, and other international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute payroll planning and distribution for US, UK and other international entities.
2. Verify employee data, tax deductions, and statutory compliance before processing runs.
3. Distribute earnings statements via electronic portals or physical pay slips as required.
4. Coordinate with banks and payment gateways to ensure timely fund transfers.
5. Support benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and queries.
6. Resolve routine payroll discrepancies by referring to established guidelines.
7. Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
8. Participate in rotational shift schedules to provide 24x7 payroll support.
9. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review.
10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
Tech Stack & Tools: The role primarily uses SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, MS Excel, and internal payroll portals. Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
Growth Path: Starting as an associate, high performers can progress to Payroll Analyst, Payroll Lead, and eventually HR Operations Manager, with opportunities to specialize in global compensation, benefits strategy, or HR analytics.
