Influx is a fast‑growing technology‑enabled services company that focuses on delivering seamless digital experiences to its customers across multiple domains. Founded in 2018, the firm has built a reputation for leveraging data‑driven insights and modern communication tools to help businesses improve their customer engagement. With a presence in several Indian metros and a remote‑first culture, Influx encourages innovation, continuous learning, and a collaborative spirit among its employees. The company’s core values revolve around customer obsession, ownership, and agility, which translate into a work environment that rewards proactive problem‑solving and open communication.
As a Customer Support Representative at Influx, you will be the front‑line ambassador for the brand, handling inbound and outbound interactions through phone, email, and live chat. The role is designed for fresh graduates who possess strong English communication skills, a knack for troubleshooting, and a basic familiarity with Google Workspace. You will work from the comfort of your home, equipped with your own laptop and a noise‑cancelling headset, and will be expected to contribute 44 hours per week to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer queries.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot product or service issues, escalating complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and update ticket statuses promptly.
4. Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback.
5. Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
6. Meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and support tools.
8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Engineering to relay customer insights.
9. Contribute to the creation of knowledge‑base articles and FAQs for self‑service.
10. Uphold data privacy and security standards in all communications.
The tech stack for this role primarily includes Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet), a cloud‑based CRM (such as Freshdesk or Zoho Desk), and basic ticketing tools. While deep technical expertise is not required, familiarity with these platforms will accelerate your onboarding.
Growth path: Starting as a Customer Support Representative, high performers can progress to Senior Support Executive, Team Lead, or even shift into specialized roles like Quality Analyst, Training Coordinator, or Product Support Engineer. Influx encourages internal mobility and offers mentorship programs to help you chart a clear career trajectory.
Why join Influx? You will gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, remote‑first environment, develop strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and be part of a company that values employee well‑being and career growth. The role offers a stable entry‑level salary, flexible work‑from‑home setup, and the chance to interact with a diverse customer base, making it an ideal launchpad for a successful career in customer experience.
