As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Operations division, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures smooth movement of shipments across the country. Key responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring daily shipment flow and identifying bottlenecks;
2. Analyzing operational data using Excel and SQL to generate actionable insights;
3. Coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and customs teams to ensure onโtime delivery;
4. Assisting in the implementation of process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles;
5. Preparing performance dashboards and reporting metrics to senior management;
6. Supporting the rollout of new technology tools such as SAP modules and automated tracking systems;
7. Handling escalations and providing rootโcause analysis for service disruptions;
8. Participating in crossโfunctional meetings to align operational goals with business objectives;
9. Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards;
10. Contributing ideas for costโreduction and efficiencyโenhancement initiatives.
