The Analytics Associate role sits at the heart of Blue Matterβs dataβdriven decisionβmaking engine. Key responsibilities include

- Develop and maintain visual dashboards and slide decks in Tableau, PowerBI or PowerPoint that clearly articulate the "So What?" behind every chart.
- Propose and pilot new analytical tools, AIβdriven methods and automation techniques to improve efficiency.
- Present findings to senior consultants and client stakeholders, challenging assumptions when evidence dictates.
- Collaborate with onβshore and offβshore team members, sharing knowledge and supporting peers during tight deadlines.
- Participate in internal reviews, incorporate feedback, and continuously refine analytical approaches.
- Document methodology, assumptions and limitations to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
The tech stack typically includes SQL, Python/R, Excel, Tableau/PowerBI, and Alteryx. A solid foundation in statistics and quantitative reasoning is essential, while exposure to the US pharmaceutical market is a plus. The growth path is clearly defined: Analyst β Associate Consultant β Consultant β Senior Consultant β Manager β Associate Principal β Principal, with meritβbased promotions and opportunities to lead crossβfunctional project teams.
