The Analyst β D365 F&O Functional SCM role is positioned within Deloitteβs Emerging ERP Solutions team in Bengaluru. As a fresh graduate or earlyβcareer professional, you will be part of a dynamic delivery crew that implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for clients in the supply chain domain. You will work closely with senior consultants, business stakeholders and technical architects to translate business requirements into functional designs, configure the system, and ensure a smooth goβlive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in requirementβgathering workshops and document functional specifications.
2. Assist in configuring Supply Chain Management modules (procurement, inventory, production, sales) within Dynamics 365 F&O.
3. Contribute to the creation of Functional Design Documents (FDD) and configuration guides.
4. Execute Unit Testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.
5. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver endβuser training sessions.
6. Support data migration activities, including master data setup and validation.
7. Provide postβgoβlive hypercare and issue resolution.
8. Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot configuration gaps and suggest enhancements.
9. Maintain project artefacts, status reports and knowledgeβtransfer documents.
10. Stay updated on the latest D365 F&O releases and best practices in supply chain processes.
Tech Stack: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure DevOps for workβitem tracking, SQL Server for data validation, and basic knowledge of XML/JSON for data import/export.
Growth Path: Starting as an Analyst, high performers can progress to Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager and eventually to senior leadership roles within the ERP practice. Deloitte invests heavily in certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) and internal training, enabling rapid skill acquisition and career acceleration.

Who can apply
Minimum 0-2 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or as an endβuser; MBA in Supply Chain & Operations or BE (Industrial/Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent; Minimum 60% aggregate (or 6 CGPA) in the qualifying degree; No active backlogs at the time of joining; Fresh graduates and finalβyear students (batches 2022β2025) are welcome.
