The Analyst – D365 F&O Functional SCM role is positioned within Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions team in Bengaluru. As a fresh graduate or early‑career professional, you will be part of a dynamic delivery crew that implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for clients in the supply chain domain. You will work closely with senior consultants, business stakeholders and technical architects to translate business requirements into functional designs, configure the system, and ensure a smooth go‑live experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirement‑gathering workshops and document functional specifications.
  • Assist in configuring Supply Chain Management modules (procurement, inventory, production, sales) within Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Contribute to the creation of Functional Design Documents (FDD) and configuration guides.
  • Execute Unit Testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver end‑user training sessions.
  • Support data migration activities, including master data setup and validation.
  • Provide post‑go‑live hypercare and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot configuration gaps and suggest enhancements.
  • Maintain project artefacts, status reports and knowledge‑transfer documents.
  • Stay updated on the latest D365 F&O releases and best practices in supply chain processes.

Tech Stack: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure DevOps for work‑item tracking, SQL Server for data validation, and basic knowledge of XML/JSON for data import/export.
