Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Deloitte is one of the world’s leading professional services firms, offering audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management and tax services to a diverse set of clients across industries. In India, Deloitte operates through multiple service lines and has a strong presence in major cities, including Hyderabad, where the firm’s Leadership Center (DU) drives continuous learning and leadership development. The organization is known for its inclusive culture, emphasis on innovation, and a purpose‑driven approach that encourages employees to make a tangible impact for clients and communities.
The role of Associate Senior Assistant – Product Strategy & Management within the Audit and Assurance practice is a hybrid blend of product analysis, customer success, and support operations. As a Customer Success Product Analyst, you will act as a bridge between technical product teams and end‑users, ensuring that complex product issues are resolved efficiently while extracting actionable insights from support data. You will work closely with Customer Success, ServiceNow administrators, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate feedback into product enhancements and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Own end‑to‑end resolution of product support tickets, coordinating with first‑level support and escalating when needed.
2. Investigate and troubleshoot issues that cannot be solved by standard guidance, applying deep product knowledge.
3. Analyse ticket trends, root‑cause patterns and generate short‑term work‑arounds as well as long‑term improvement recommendations.
4. Identify opportunities for product, process and customer‑experience enhancements based on data‑driven insights.
5. Collaborate with Customer Success and product teams to capture and communicate customer pain points and satisfaction drivers.
6. Serve as a liaison between technical and non‑technical audiences, ensuring clear articulation of requirements and solutions.
7. Research, propose and drive process‑improvement initiatives, supporting policy and standard implementation.
8. Maintain and enrich the knowledge repository in ServiceNow, ensuring up‑to‑date documentation.
9. Partner with training teams to upskill first‑level support staff, improving overall resolution efficiency.
10. Provide evidence‑based recommendations to product strategy meetings, influencing prioritisation of features and fixes.
The tech stack for this role primarily includes ServiceNow for ticketing and knowledge management, Microsoft Office suite for reporting and presentations, and familiarity with ITIL frameworks for service management. Deloitte offers a clear growth path – starting as an Associate Senior Assistant, you can progress to Product Analyst, Product Manager, and eventually senior leadership roles within the Audit & Assurance line or broader product strategy domains. Joining Deloitte means exposure to high‑impact projects, mentorship from industry experts, and a culture that rewards curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. The firm’s robust learning platforms, global network, and commitment to work‑life balance make it an attractive destination for ambitious professionals seeking to shape the future of enterprise products.
